I use Clinque's waterproof mascara and it comes off with eye-makeup-remover really easily. Dab some on a cotton ball and hold it to each eye for about? 5 seconds. :)

baby oil will get off waterproof mascara you may have to re-clean the eye area to get the oil off but just don't use a lot of it and it shouldn't be that big? of an issue
